2024 marks the 20th-anniversary edition of the Continental European & Asian Irish Dancing Championships & World Qualifiers (RCCEA Oireachtas) and this is the very first year the competition is hosted in Romania. The three-day event includes a Qualifying Championship for the 2025 Worlds and a feis section for dancers of all grade levels, from Beginners to Intermediate. An estimated 300+ competitors from approximately 50 Irish dance schools within 28+ countries across the two continents are expected to travel to Brașov for the competition. Join us as a sponsor of our region’s flagship event and gain exposure to a large international event. Your support of the 2024 RCCEA Oireachtas perpetuates a culture of traditional Irish dance, music and language. Through the promotion of our most anticipated event of the year, we encourage youth engagement in an art form which engenders self-discipline, mutual respect, personal development, sportsmanship, and a healthy, active lifestyle.

This year only, with the help of our talented international Feis Crochet Club, we are offering a third sponsorship option: sponsor two age groups and get a bespoke handmade feis crochet cat with your school costume. You can opt for either a girl or a boy cat and it will be ready to be picked up in Brașov. (Make sure to secure your cat before October, in order to ensure we have enough time to create it).
